HOUSE BILL 223

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 19, line 9, before the period, insert "and shall certify that all tax obligations have been satisfied by the withdrawing insurer".

     2. On page 19, line 18, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

     3. On page 19, line 19, after "of", insert "up to".

     4. On page 19, lines 21 and 22, strike "after demand therefor" and insert in lieu thereof "when due".

     5. On page 20, line 12, strike "under" and insert in lieu thereof "upon".

     6. On page 20, line 13, strike "made within three years" and insert in lieu thereof ", if the request is made within one year".

     7. On pages 22 through 25, strike Section 17 in its entirety.

     8. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     9. On page 61, line 1, after "59A-6-2," insert "59A-14-12,".

     10. On page 61, line 3, after "102", insert ", 250".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE.
