    Your TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 245

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new subparagraph:

                     "(a) is or would be sold to a 501(c)(3) organization or to the United States, New Mexico or a governmental unit or subdivision, agency, department or instrumentality of the United States or of New Mexico;".

     2. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.

     3. On page 3, line 15, before "would", insert "is or".
