SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 30

    1. On page 13, line 12, strike "school district calculation" and insert in lieu thereof:

"value calculated for the subject school district pursuant to Subparagraph (p) of Paragraph (5) of this subsection".

    2. On page 13, line 16, before "Paragraph", insert "Subparagraphs (a) through (o) of".

    3. On page 13, line 21, before "Paragraph", insert "Subparagraphs (a) through (o) of".

    4. On page 14, line 1, before "Paragraph", insert "Subparagraphs (a) through (o) of".

    5. On page 14, line 6, before "Paragraph", insert "Subparagraphs (a) through (o) of".

    6. On page 14, between lines 11 and 12, insert:

"provided that notwithstanding the calculation in Paragraph (7) of this subsection and this paragraph, the state share, for the purpose of determining the value calculated for the subject school district pursuant to Subparagraph (p) of Paragraph (5) of this subsection, shall not be less than six percent;".
