    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 54

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, strike "within".

    2. On page 1, line 21, after "session", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 22 in its entirety and strike line 23 through "passes".

    3. On page 2, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following new subsection:

         "B. Thirty days after the adjournment of a legislative session, the legislative council service shall incorporate the information in the publication required by Subsection A of this section, as that information applies to each legislator, into the New Mexico legislature website's listing of legislation sponsored by each legislator.".

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
