AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR WATER STORAGE TANK REHABILITATION AT THE PUEBLO OF JEMEZ.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2019 to rehabilitate a water storage tank used for water and fire protection at the Pueblo of Jemez. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2019 shall revert to the general fund.
