HOUSE BILL 1
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 16, after the comma, insert "THE HOUSE CHIEF CLERK'S OFFICE,".
2. On page 8, before line 1, insert the following new section:
"SECTION 7. HOUSE CHIEF CLERK.--There is appropriated from the general fund to the legislative council service for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 for the operation of the house chief clerk's office, to be disbursed on vouchers signed by the director of the legislative council service, the following:
Personal Services & Employee Benefits $ 938,500
Contractual Services 158,900
Other Costs 32,400
Total $1,129,800.".
3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
4. On page 9, line 1, strike "7" and insert in lieu thereof "8".
