HOUSE BILL 5, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike House Education Committee Amendments 9 through 15.
2. On page 43, line 12, strike the colon.
3. On page 43, line 13, strike the paragraph designation "(1)".
4. On page 43, line 14, after the semicolon, insert "provided that teachers in an extended learning time program or K-5 plus program shall receive additional salary at the same rate as their base salary for that teaching time."".
5. On page 43, strike lines 15 through 19.
6. On page 44, line 23, strike the colon.
7. On page 44, line 24, strike the paragraph designation "(1)".
8. On page 44, line 25, after the semicolon, insert "provided that teachers in an extended learning time program or K-5 plus program shall receive additional salary at the same rate as their base salary for that teaching time."".
9. On page 45, strike lines 1 through 5.
10. On page 46, line 7, strike the colon.
11. On page 46, line 8, strike the paragraph designation "(1)".

13. On page 46, strike lines 10 through 14.
14. On page 47, line 16, after "teacher", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 17 through "employed".
