has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "three million nine hundred eighty-nine thousand six hundred forty-nine dollars ($3,989,649)" and insert in lieu thereof "one million fifty thousand seven hundred three dollars ($1,050,703)".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
