HOUSE BILL 52

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, between lines 18 and 19, insert:

         "A. "companion animal" means a vertebrate commonly kept as a domestic pet;".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 25, after "a", insert "household member's".

    4. On page 3, line 2, after "(b)", insert "intentionally or" and after "a", insert "household member's".
