has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 10, lines 12 and 13, after “to”, strike “appropriate treatment and” and insert in lieu thereof “community based”.

    2. On page 10, line 15, after “placement”, insert “in the community”.
