has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "DAYLIGHT-SAVING" and insert in lieu thereof "DAYLIGHT SAVING".

     2. On page 1, line 17, strike "the standard time of" and strike "entire".

     3. On page 1, line 18, strike "is" and insert in lieu thereof "lies entirely within one time zone,".

     4. On page 1, line 20, strike "for" and insert in lieu thereof "during".

     5. On page 1, line 21, strike "daylight-saving" and insert in lieu thereof "daylight saving".

     6. On page 1, line 22, strike "that subsection" and insert in lieu thereof "federal law".

     7. On page 1, line 23, strike "the mountain standard" and insert in lieu thereof "one".

     8. On page 1, line 25, strike "law" and insert in lieu thereof "exemption".

     9. On page 2, line 4, strike "exempts itself" and insert in lieu thereof "shall be exempted".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
