    1. On page 1, line 14, after the semicolon, insert "CHANGING THE DEFINITION OF "FELON"; CHANGING CERTAIN PENALTIES;".

    2. On page 2, line 17, strike "fourth" and insert in lieu thereof "third".

    3. On page 2, line 18, strike the semicolon, strike lines 19 through 23 in their entirety and strike line 24 up to the period.

    4. On page 4, strike lines 7 through 9 in their entirety. 

    5. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.
