HOUSE BILL 110

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike the semicolon and the remainder of the line, strike lines 14 and 15 in their entirety and strike line 16 up to the period.

    2. On page 2, line 3, after the period, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof a closing quotation mark.

    3. On page 2, strike lines 4 through 25 in their entirety.

    4. On page 3, strike lines 1 through 11 in their entirety.

    5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
