    2. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 1.

    3. On page 2, line 7, strike "retention" and insert in lieu thereof "release" and after "policy", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 8 up to the semicolon.

    4. On page 4, line 22, strike the second occurrence of a comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and on lines 22 and 23, strike "or defense attorney".
