HOUSE BILL 135, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 22, strike the second occurrence of a comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and on line 23, strike "or defense attorney".

     2. On page 5, line 23, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and strike "or defense" and on line 24, strike "attorney".

     3. On page 6, line 19, strike "counsel" and insert in lieu thereof "an advocate".

    4. On pages 7 and 8, strike Subsection M in its entirety.

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
