HOUSE BILL 151

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "DRIVERS" and insert in lieu thereof "DRIVER'S".

    2. On page 2, lines 23 and 24, strike "restaurant or club license" and insert in lieu thereof "retailer's, restaurant, club, small brewer, winegrower, craft distiller, manufacturer's or rectifier or any other license that allows for the purchase and delivery of alcoholic beverages".
