    Your TRANSPORTATION, PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 167

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 13, after the period, insert:

     "Fees imposed pursuant to this section shall not revert to the general fund.".

     2. On page 3, line 15, strike "July 1, 2019" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2020".

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
