SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to HOUSE BILL 192

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR WHITE

     1. On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert a new subsection to read:

          "B. To the extent practicable, a person shall not operate a bicycle within a vehicle lane if a separate posted or painted bicycle lane or pathway is provided within or adjacent to the roadway.".
