AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY FOR A CHEMICAL ENGINEERING UNIT OPERATIONS LABORATORY FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the New Mexico institute of mining and technology for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 for a chemical engineering unit operations laboratory facility and equipment. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
