has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 2, after “tribal”, strike the comma and insert “or” and after “educational”, strike “, nonprofit or”.

     2. On page 4, line 3, strike “nongovernmental”.

     3. On pages 7 and 8, strike Section 5 in its entirety

     4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

and thence referred to the AGRICULTURE & WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
