    1. On page 2, line 9, strike "per kilowatt hour".

    2. On page 7, line 20, after "be", insert "owned and operated by". 

    3. On page 7, line 21, strike "owned by" and "whose" and strike lines 22 through 25 in their entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    5. On page 8, line 1, strike "owned by".

    6. On page 8, line 9, strike "owned and operated by".

    7. On page 8, line 24, after "organizations", insert ", unregulated affiliated interests of qualifying utilities and qualifying utilities" and after "into", insert "construction agreements,".
