AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FOR THE SOLO-WORKER PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the economic development department for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 for the solo-worker program created pursuant to Section 9-15-57 NMSA 1978. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
