     1. On page 1, line 12, before the period, insert "; REPEALING A SECTION OF THE NMSA".

     2. On page 4, between lines 13 and 14, insert a new subsection:

          H. REPEAL.–Section 14-8-15.1 (being Laws 2011, Chapter 134, Section 22) is repealed.".
