Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
HOUSE BILL 314, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 3, line 3, strike "monthly" and insert in lieu thereof "every other month".
2. On page 3, line 21, strike "family member" and insert in lieu thereof "caregiver".
3. On page 3, line 25, after "standards", strike the remainder of the line.
4. On page 4, strike lines 1 through 4 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period.
5. On page 4, line 15, before the semicolon, insert "or the director's designee".
6. On page 5, line 1, after "in", insert "evidence-supported".
7. On page 5, strike lines 9 through 13 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"(1) the center's forensic interviewer; and
(2) when available and as appropriate:
(a) a representative from law enforcement; and
(b) the representative from the protective services division of the children, youth and families department.".
8. On page 5, line 20, strike "monthly" and insert in lieu thereof "every other month".
