    1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendments 1 through 3 and 6.

    2. On page 3, line 13, strike "OR WRONGFUL ARREST, INDICTMENT OR CHARGE".

    3. On page 3, lines 14 and 15, strike "wrongfully arrested, indicted or charged for any crime or who is".

    4. On page 3, lines 20 and 21, strike "or was wrongfully

arrested, indicted or charged".

    5. On page 9, line 1, after "person", insert:

    "; provided that arrest or conviction records shall be disclosed by the person and officials in connection with any application for or query regarding qualification for employment or association with any financial institution regulated by the financial industry regulatory authority or the securities and exchange commission".
