    1. On page 3, line 12, after "evaluation", insert "that may be completed at intake".

    2. On page 4, line 21, after "system", insert "to the extent that licensed social workers are available for employment".

    3. On page 5, line 16, strike "2021" and insert in lieu thereof "2022".

    4. On page 7, line 25, after "supervision", insert "or maintenance at home".

    5. On page 8, line 2, strike "jeopardize" and insert in lieu thereof "impact".

    6. On page 10, line 7, strike "2019" and insert in lieu thereof "2020".
