    2. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "TERMINATION AND".

    3. On page 11, line 3, after "employee", insert ", volunteer, contractor or a contractor's employee".

    4. On pages 17 through 34, strike Sections 7 through 10 in their entirety.

    5. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
