    Your COMMERCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

HOUSE BILL 489

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 5, line 15, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty" and strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

 

     2. On page 5, line 16, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty".

 

     3. On page 5, line 17, strike "two hundred" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty".

 

     4. On page 5, line 18, after "barrels", insert "and forty-one cents ($.41) per gallon for sixty thousand or more barrels sold".

 

     5. On page 6, line 12, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty" and strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

 

     6. On page 6, line 13, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty".

 

     7. On page 6, line 14, strike "two hundred" and insert lieu thereof "sixty" and before the semicolon, insert "and forty-one cents ($.41) per gallon for sixty thousand or more barrels sold".

 

     8. On page 6, line 17, strike "and sold in this state". 

 

     9. On page 6, line 20, after "liter", insert "for the first two hundred fifty thousand liters sold and twenty-eight cents ($.28) per liter for the next two hundred fifty thousand liters sold".

 

     10. On page 6, lines 22 and 23, strike "three hundred seventy-five thousand" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred

 

 

seventy-five thousand liters sold and sixty-five cents ($.65) per liter on the next two hundred thousand".,

 

and thence referred to the TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE.
