HOUSE BILL 507

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new paragraph:

     "(2) the secretary of homeland security and emergency management or the secretary's designee;".

     2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
