     1. On page 1, line 14, after "FUNDING", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 15 through "APPROPRIATION".

     2. On pages 4 through 6, strike Section 2 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
