HOUSE BILL 534, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 23, through page 2, line 13, strike Section 2 in its entirety.
2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
3. On page 7, line 17, strike "authority" and insert in lieu thereof "board", and strike "7" and insert in lieu thereof "6".
4. On page 9, line 17, after "($10,000,000)", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 18 up to the semicolon.
5. On page 9, line 22, after "($10,000,000)", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 23 up to the semicolon.
6. On page 13, line 5, after "($10,000,000)", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 6 up to the period.
7. On page 20, lines 9 through 12, strike Section 15 in its entirety.
8. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
