AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR NATIVE AMERICAN STUDENT SERVICES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 and subsequent fiscal years for Native American student services. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
