6. On page 8, line 19, strike "or nominating petition".
7. On page 10, line 2, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 3 and 4 in their entirety.
8. On page 11, line 24, strike "measure" and insert in lieu thereof "question".
9. On page 12, line 2, strike "measure" and insert in lieu thereof "question".
10. On page 12, line 4, strike "measure" and insert in lieu thereof "question".
11. On page 12, line 7, strike "measure" and insert in lieu thereof "question".
12. On page 13, line 21, strike "measure" and insert in lieu thereof "question".
13. On page 15, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new subsection:
"D. Any changes to the information provided in the statement of organization shall be reported to the secretary of state within ten days.".
14. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
15. On page 18, line 9, after the semicolon, insert "provided that if the second Monday of October is a state holiday, the report shall be made on the following day;".
16. On page 24, line 20, after "successor", insert "and notify the secretary of state within ten days".
