    3. On page 3, line 3, strike "of" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    4. On page 3, line 3, strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "four".

    5. On page 4, line 2, strike "office or".,

and thence referred to the CONSERVATION COMMITTEE.
