AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO CONTRACT FOR PLANNING AND FACILITATION SERVICES TO DEVELOP OPTIONS FOR RESOLUTION OF LINEAS ISSUES AT CRISTOBAL DE LA SERNA LAND GRANT-MERCED IN TAOS COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of the attorney general for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 to contract for planning and facilitation services to develop options for resolution of lineas issues at Cristobal de la Serna land grant-merced in Taos county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
