has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "REQUIRE" and insert in lieu thereof "ALLOW".

    2. On page 1, line 13, after "INVEST", insert "UP TO".

    3. On page 2, line 5, strike "One-fourth" and insert in lieu thereof "Up to one-fourth".

    4. On page 2, line 6, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

    5. On page 9, line 18, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "are entitled to".

    6. On page 10, line 7, strike "by" and insert in lieu thereof "to be recommended to".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
