    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 88

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "THE COLLECTION OF" and insert in lieu thereof "STATE AGENCIES TO REPORT".

    2. On pages 1 through 4, strike Section 1 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

    "SECTION 1. A new section of the Procurement Code is enacted to read:

    "[NEW MATERIAL] STATE AGENCY--REPORTING REQUIRED--IN-STATE AND OUT-OF-STATE CONTRACTS.--All state agencies shall report annually to the purchasing division of the general services department information on the amount of state agency contracts awarded to in-state contractors and the amount awarded to out-of-state contractors."".
