    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 102

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "IDENTIFY WAYS TO" and insert in lieu thereof "COLLECT AND ASSESS NEEDS THAT MIGHT".

    2. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "to convene" and insert in lieu thereof "for".

    3. On page 1, line 20, after "communities", insert the following:

", development experts and interested parties from throughout the state, including representatives of the New Mexico municipal league; New Mexico counties; colonias; tribal governments and intertribal organizations; relevant state agencies; the governor's office; private foundations; community organizations; colleges and universities; the New Mexico association of regional councils; and members of the public".

    4. On page 1, lines 20 and 21, strike "identify innovative ways to" and insert in lieu thereof "collect and assess needs that might".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
