AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR DIGITAL MEDIA TRAINING AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS STATEWIDE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 for digital media education and training programs in public schools statewide. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
