Mr. President:

    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

     SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 177

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 2, strike "corporation" and insert in lieu thereof "organization".

    2. On page 3, line 3, strike "machines" and insert lieu thereof "dispensers".

    3. On page 3, line 13, strike "corporation" and insert in lieu thereof "organization".

    4. On page 4, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following:

         "F. Nothing in this section shall authorize a veterans' or fraternal organization or a 501(c)(3) organization to engage in class III gaming.".

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    6. On page 4, line 4, strike "corporation" and insert in lieu thereof "organization".

    7. On page 4, line 5, strike "a corporation" and insert in lieu thereof "an organization".
