SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 228, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator George K. Munoz

    1. Strike all senate finance committee amendments.

    2. On page 6, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new subsection:

         "D. The wildlife corridors action plan or the provisions of the Wildlife Corridors Act do not apply to private property or private property owners, unless private property owners choose to participate voluntarily.".
