has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 4, strike "New", strike line 5 in its entirety, strike line 6 through "president" and insert in lieu thereof "state bar of New Mexico or a bar commissioner designated by the president of the state bar of New Mexico".

    2. On page 3, line 14, strike the comma.

    3. On page 3, line 14, before "court", insert "and".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
