1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "; AMENDING AND ENACTING SECTIONS OF THE NMSA 1978".
2. On page 22, lines 17 through 25 and on page 23, lines 1 through 4, strike Sections 8 and 9 in their entirety.
3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
