SENATE BILL 264

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 8, line 4, strike "are" and insert in lieu thereof "include".

    2. On page 11, line 9, strike "and".

    3. On page 11, line 11, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    4. On page 11, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(51) other libraries that meet the definition of a rural library.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
