SENATE BILL 271, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendments 1, 3, 4 and 5.
2. On page 1, line 13, after "REQUIREMENTS", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 up to the period.
3. On page 20, lines 5 through 25, and on page 21, lines 1 and 2, strike Section 6 in its entirety.
