has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, strike "AND COMMUNICATION".

    2. On page 9, line 7, after "including", strike "manufacturers,".

    3. On page 20, line 7, strike "COMMUNICATION" and insert in lieu thereof "ACTIONS".

    4. On page 20, lines 15 through 23, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
