1. On page 1, line 11, strike "THE AUDIT ACT AND".

     2. On page 1, line 18 through page 2, line 18, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     4. On page 3, line 4, strike "Audit Act, the".

     5. On page 7, line 18, strike "and the board" and insert in lieu thereof ", members of the board and employees of the exchange".
