SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___2__ to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 328

Amendment sponsored by Senator Ron Griggs

    1. On page 15, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subsection:

         "L. The provisions of this section shall not be interpreted to require a federal firearms licensee to purchase or accept possession of a firearm from a restrained party.".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
