    Your COMMERCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 359, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike all senate public affairs committee amendments.

     2. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "SETTING A MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT FOR TRUCK TRACTORS ATTACHED TO A FREIGHT TRAILER;".

     3. On pages 1 through 4, strike Sections 1 and 2 in their entirety.

     4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

     5. On page 5, line 5, after "system", insert "and outside the boundaries of a municipality".,

and thence referred to the TRANSPORTATION, PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE.
