    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 369

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(5) the secretary of Indian affairs or the secretary's designee;". 

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 14, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    4. On page 2, line 15, strike "six" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".

    5. On page 2, line 25, strike "and".

    6. On page 3, line 3, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    7. On page 3, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new subparagraph:

                  "(g) Indian nations, tribes and pueblos.".

    8. On page 3, strike lines 4 through 8 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the CONSERVATION COMMITTEE.
